We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from €2000 to €2500 gross, commensurate with your skills and experience. As a Data Analyst you will play a critical role in harnessing data to optimize our logistics operations. You will be responsible for using Power BI to create a diverse range of reports and visualizations, tailored to our ever-evolving business needs. Your analytical insights will directly contribute to enhancing our logistics efficiency and success.Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and logistics objectives.
- Utilize Power BI to design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights into our logistics operations.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Interpret data findings and communicate them effectively to stakeholders, influencing decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity, troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues as they arise.
- Respond promptly to ad-hoc data requests, demonstrating flexibility and agility in addressing diverse business needs.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey data findings effectively.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
