MONDAY – FRIDAY from 15:00
This position is for a dynamic and experienced individual who can skillfully manage the freight transportation, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and timeliness. Your performance will be rewarded with a competitive base salary of €2200 gross, complemented by a commission structure based on profit that can exceed €6000 or more, depending on performance.
Responsibilities
- Design pickup/delivery routes.
- Accurately update TMS with actual arrival times.
- Ensure efficient utilization of drivers and equipment.
- Coordinate daily deliveries and pick-up activities.
- Maintain daily communication and coordination between drivers and customers on load information.
- Proactively communicate with Customer Reps on various aspects such as detentions, late arrivals, early arrivals, lumpers, stop-offs.
- Determine the best delivery methods and negotiate rates directly with vendors and customers.
- Coordinate maintenance issues and schedule roadside services for driver breakdowns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Freight Brokerage, Logistics, Transportation (United States preferred).
- B2 or higher English level, Russian language skills – advantage.
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment independently while balancing multiple responsibilities.
- Effective communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Honest, strong work ethic, resourceful and possess effective negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle conflict and provide insightful resolution with mindset to prevent future issues.
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite.
