Working hours 3/3 FROM 1:00 pm. Night schedule.
As a Night Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of customer service within our transport operations, handling various issues that drivers and brokers may encounter during night shifts. Your performance will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from €1653 to €2200 gross, contingent upon your experience and skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and customers.
- Receive and resolve urgent calls from drivers and customers.
- Prioritize and address driver requests and concerns promptly.
- Monitor OTR (on the road) routes and cargo status, providing timely updates to brokers.
- Offer guidance and information to OTR drivers regarding loads, traffic, obstacles, and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, activities, and other relevant information.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher (required).
- Previous experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Russian or other languages is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work with various software applications.
- Dependable, responsible, communicative, and punctual.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Active listener with excellent communication skills.
