As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our continued success by driving our talent acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for various positions within our logistics management company. This includes collaborating closely with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Your performance will be rewarded through a competitive salary ranging from €1653 to €2200 gross, complemented by bonuses based on your recruitment results. Responsibilities

  • Partner with department managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to attract top-quality candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage interview processes, including scheduling and facilitating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference and background checks as necessary to ensure candidate suitability.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Oversee a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with candidates and team members.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or recruiter, preferably within the logistics or transportation sector (US market is a bonus).
  • Strong ability to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining professional networks.
