Be at the heart of cargo operations, tracking and managing cargo movements effectively. As dispatch assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of cargo within our supply chain. Your responsibilities will involve tracking and updating all responsible parties involved collaborating closely with our customers and internal teams. The salary for this position ranges from €1653 to €2000 gross, depending on experience and skillset.
Responsibilities:
- Track cargo movements to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address any cargo-related inquiries or issues.
- Implement new processes and procedures to enhance cargo operations.
- Maintain accurate records of cargo movements and transactions.
- Monitor and report on cargo status and any potential delays.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Coordinate closely with drivers and logistics teams to facilitate cargo pick-up and delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cargo operations.

- Ability to work as an evening “owl” with starting hours at 15:00.
